How is a Brazilian or Hollywood wax performed?

To begin, you’ll be requested to remove clothing from the waist down. Your preferences for the desired style will be discussed with the technician. Following this, cleansing wipes are used to prepare the area, aiding better adhesion of the wax. Additionally, a protective oil or powder might be applied to safeguard the skin.

Typically, hot wax is the choice for intimate waxing due to its suitability for sensitive areas and thicker hair. The technician will use a wooden spatula to apply the hot wax. Once it solidifies, they swiftly remove the wax, extracting both hair and wax from the skin. In some cases, a few stray hairs might remain, and the technician will use tweezers to address these. Finally, to prevent ingrown hairs and irritation, a soothing cream or oil might be gently applied.
