Pre-Treatment:
- Drink plenty of water during and after your treatment.
- Avoid fatty and sugary foods this will slow down the elimination process.
- Avoid alcohol
Aftercare Advice:
- Massage the treated area at least once a day, and to use a firming gel or oil on the days following treatment.
- Drinking lots of water will help eliminate toxins.
- Exercise helps maintain your desired body shape as well as your results.
- Maintain a balanced diet.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine for a period of 24 hours after treatment.
- To help with results recommended at least 10 treatment sessions, this will allow the body to adapt.
- Recommended to space the sessions over a minimum period of 48hours.
- More sessions followed the more satisfactory and long lasting the results may be.
- When the desired results achieved, recommended to space out the sessions.
- It is preferable to do monthly follow up sessions in order to maintain the results achieved.
