Massage

Pre-Treatment:

  • Drink plenty of fluids
  • Wear loose clothing
  • Take a shower

 

Aftercare Advice:

  • Avoid alcohol or caffeine
  • Rest and relax but some light exercise is good E.g. walking
  • Correct your posture to enhance the benefits of your massage
  • Eat a light meal and avoid heavy foods
  • Drink plenty of fluids especially water to keep you hydrated
